Brian D'Amico has been involved in the real estate industry since 1993, as a real estate salesperson and then focused on Commercial Sales. Brian started the mortgage company in 2001, in the city of Chelsea, MA. 

In the early part of his career, he learned all facets of the mortgage industry. He is determined and focused on becoming one of the best private mortgage companies in New England.  He continues day in and day out to improve New Fed's Mortgage platform as well as recruiting top people in the industry. By following the company's core values and vision statement "We strive to improve people's lives"  he has created a great company culture.

He is responsible for all oversight of New Fed Mortgage as CEO/President and is always looking to create the best experience for customers and maintaining great rates in the process.

Brian sits on a few boards in the Real Estate Industry and is a member of the MMBA.  He enjoys spending time with his two daughters and fiance, Rene. He also enjoys playing Tennis, Golf and Travelling.
