Eric has an extensive background in Mortgage lending that spans back over 17 years.  He has become a strong influence in mortgage lending keeping his name top of mind.  His philosophy is that lending is no longer a “one size fits all” industry and he strategizes with management and welcomes his new role as Vice President of Business Development.

He understands the importance of company culture and recruiting the best in the business as well as offering the best products in Mortgage Lending. Eric who is a native of Chelsea, has worked for several large regional lenders prior to joining NewFed Mortgage and resides in North Andover with his family.
