John has been in the mortgage industry for over thirty years.  He graduated from the University of New Hampshire / Business Degree and has a Masters / Business Degree from Southern New Hampshire University.  His knowledge of the mortgage business comes from holding various positions; processor, underwriter, loan officer and head of operations.  Being a Loan Officer is the position John enjoys most of all.  He gets great satisfaction in helping people achieve their dream of owning a home.  John will provide you with excellent service while NewFed Mortgage will provide you with great rates.

John is married to Janice Richard and they reside in Hampton, NH next to the ocean.  They have two wonderful adult children, John Jr. and Brianne.  John Jr. is married to Bridget (Best Daughter-in-Law Ever) and they have a beautiful son named Liam.  Brianne is living in California and working in the media industry.
